Ingredients
- 1 (approx. 80g) Lebanese cucumber, grated
- 100g low-fat natural yoghurt (plain)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
Method
- Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid with your hands. Discard excess liquid.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Tips
- Add lemon juice to taste.
- Can be prepared ahead of time.
- Can be added to sandwiches and wraps or drizzled over salad as an alternative to mayonnaise.
- Can be used alongside fresh vegetable sticks and served as a healthy snack.
