HLC Healthy Communities Network

The HLC Healthy Communities Network (HCN) (formerly the Healthy Systems Network) is a community of practice designed to bring together health promotion practitioners and other community members interested in creating healthy and livable communities.

The aim of the HCN is to connect with others from across the Loddon Campaspe region to listen, learn and collaborate to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.

Established in 2019 the HCN was designed as a mechanism for engagement, collaboration and sharing of ideas, skills and experience to:

• Enable a process of professional self-development,  
• Build the collective capacity of practitioners,
• Increase coordination and collaboration, and  
• Network with like-minded people.
